Really enjoying a wide variety of Kettlebell exercises lately. They’re such an amazing tool to use for durability and strength all at once. I learned early that you need to have the proper range of motion to execute these movements.. and of course that just made me better. Focusing on being more limber and loose allowed me to do more Kettlebell work. That’s a win-win in my books! . . . WORKOUT: Kettlebell bridge press x10->Kettlebell swings x5->Kettlebell bent over rows x10 each side->Kettlebell squat and push x5. 6 rounds of work with 60 second break in between. 🔥 . . . . onnit onnitacademy onnitgymatx primal.methods nobullproject
